How Meta Platform Data is used

Platform Data is used only to provide the service requested by the business that authorized access. Ryteli uses the authorized WhatsApp Business connection to support customer communication, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders and related booking workflows. The data is not used to provide unrelated services to another business.

Client authorization

Each client connects and authorizes their own WhatsApp Business assets through Meta's authorization flow. Ryteli does not require clients to share Facebook passwords with Lúmina Branding.

Business portfolio model

Lúmina Branding provides the SaaS platform. It does not operate as an agency managing multiple client Business Portfolios. Clients authorize only the assets required to use the Ryteli service.

Provider

Lúmina Branding is the business providing the Ryteli SaaS service. The Meta app used for WhatsApp onboarding is Lúmina Agenda.
